How the waiting list works?

To join our waiting list and be one of the first to have the chance to use incard, simply click ‘Apply now’ or ’Join the waitlist! Once you have registered, you will have the opportunity to gain a number of benefits by referring people you know. You will be able to gain places in the waiting list ranking and to open an account in priority. You will also have the opportunity to be rewarded with cashback on your advertising spend, free metal cards and special gifts.
Where should I live to open an incard account?

We are open to notions of digital nomadism and understand that digital entrepreneurs are often on the move, here and elsewhere. For the time being, we will still need you to provide us with a recent proof of address within the European Economic Area or the UK. We'll keep you posted as we expand our borders!
How do I open an incard account?

Once our app is online, you will be invited to start the integration process. We've thought of everything to make it as easy as possible and we'll be there to support you through the registration process. We need the necessary documents to verify your identity and company, and to ensure that incard is a safe place for everyone.
How do I get my business account verified?

We take care of all the necessary checks on the documents you provide us with and we help you tick all the boxes. We can contact you if we need additional information about your business. When everything is right on our side, we give you the green light and you will be able to enjoy the full power of incard.
Which companies can join incard ?

At the moment we accept companies registered in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA) countries. We may accept companies registered in other countries, so please contact us if this is the case.
My company is registered, what documents do I need to open an account?

When opening an account through our app, we ask you to bring your ID, your company registration certificate, an official list of shareholders and members of your company and a proof of address.
What proofs of address are accepted by incard?

We accept one of the following documents, dated within the last 3 months and in your name:
● Bank statement;
● Water, electricity, gas, internet or mobile phone bill;
● Tax notice or certificate of non-taxation;
● Building society statement;
● Credit union statement;
● Most recent mortgage statement.
What IDs are accepted by incard?
The easiest way is to provide your passport. If it is not valid or you don't have one, don't worry we also accept :
● a valid photo car driving licence (full or provisional);
● a national identity card;
● a firearms certificate;
● an identity card issued by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland.
Who can open an incard account for my company?

We allow company directors to open an account with incard or any authorised representative whose name is verifiable in public records.
What activities are not allowed on incard?

If you are in one of the following businesses, we will not be able to work with you:
Exchange or trading of cryptocurrencies or any other virtual currencies
● Unlicensed financial institutions
● Entities operating or involved in gambling business
● Bankruptcy lawyers
● Computer technical support
● Psychic services;
● Travel reservation services and clubs;
● Airlines;
● Cruises;
● Timeshares;
● Prepaid phone cards, phone services, and cell phones;
● Telemarketing, telecommunications equipment and telephone sales;
● Forwarding brokers; negative response marketing;
● Credit card and identity theft protection;
● The use of credit to pay for lending services;
● And any businesses that we believe poses elevated financial risk, legal liability, or violates card network or bank policies.
How do I bring a new user on incard?

Within the waiting list you will have the possibility to invite other future users through your favourite channels. You will be able to see in real time how many people around you have been invited to join incard.
How to send money with incard?

You can send money to another incard user by entering their phone number directly into the app or their email address. You can send money to another bank account, in your country or internationally, by entering the bank details of your recipient. The number of countries available is still limited and we will confirm the final list soon. We do our best to make your money transfer experience as simple and secure as possible.
How long does a transfer take?

This depends on the route your money takes and the country in which your recipient will receive the transfer. Delays can be instant up to 7 days. We may carry out additional checks that may take longer but we do our best to ensure that this does not delay you and that we can ensure the security of every transaction to make incard a safe place for everyone.
How do you inform me about a transfer?

You can track the status of your transfer in real time through your app and you can contact us in the livechat to find out where your money is.
Are there any restrictions on professional transfers?

You will not be able to use incard to pay for the following items:
● Gambling;
● Dating services;
● Adult content;
● Crypto;
● Weaponry;
● Military and semi-military goods and services,
● Drug and drug related products and services;
● Firearm related product;
● War game goods and related product;
● Precious metals and stones.
Is it safe to keep money in my multi-currency account?

Your funds are kept into a segregated account maintained by registered Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) which provide custodian to the funds. These EMIs are licensed and supervised by the FCA in the UK and Bank of Lithuania in the European Economic Area. Your money is held in a bank and you have an e-money equivalent in your multi-currency account. The money in the bank at any one time matches the amount of e-money you have. This money is not used elsewhere.
What currencies can I add to a balance?

At the moment we allow you to keep and exchange the following currencies: Euro; British Pound; United States Dollar; Swiss Franc; Hong Kong Dollar.
