Reward Policy

The Reward Terms and Conditions below (the “Terms”) set out the basis on which you can earn and redeem points. The Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule, and any other terms and conditions that apply to our services or the services provided to you by any of our partners, form a legal agreement between you, the legal person represented by an authorised representative (“you” and “your”), and Incard Ltd (“Incard”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Incard Ltd is a limited company with registration number 13073893, and its registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

These Rewards Terms govern Company’s participation in the Rewards Program and describe how Company may be eligible for, accrue, earn, redeem, and forfeit Points or Rewards. By opening and maintaining an Incard Account in good standing, Company is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.

We may update these Rewards Terms at any time by posting an updated version to our legal page.

Available Rewards are subject to change at any time (more redemption options will arrive soon).

You may only participate in the Rewards Program if you accept all of these Rewards Terms. These Rewards Terms are effective when you activate your Incard Account.

What can incard points be used for?

Points earned on a given transaction are available as soon as the transaction clears–usually. You can convert your points into cash or by other means (coming soon). The conversion of your points in cash is a benefit that allows you to earn money back for eligible purchase with your card.

How to calculate monthly points?

As an incard user, you can earn points on all physical and virtual card payments you make with eligible merchants, in any of our available currencies. Your monthly points reward will be calculated based on the amount of eligible spending you do. We may from time to time offer you additional points which will be subject to additional promotional terms and conditions. The current default value is the following: each pound spent with incard cards on eligible expenditure earns 1 point. 100 points earns £1 in cash back.

What type of transactions will earn points?

We give our customers points on all Eligible Purchases. By “Eligible Purchases” we mean any card purchases that you or any additional cardholder(s) on your account make, using a card issued to you by us. Please note that temporary holds, processing or transaction fees, ATM charges, balance transfers, cash withdrawals, cheque purchase, insurance premiums, interest premiums, interest, default charges, deductions, returns, refunds and other fees and charges don’t count towards Eligible Purchases. We reserve the right to make the final determination of what constitutes Eligible Purchases.

The applicable Cashback level is (i) set out on our Pricing Page - or (ii) a personalised level as communicated to you by us.

How do I earn Cashback?

As Cashback redemption is the only available option for now, we’ll automatically calculate your Cashback and deposit it into your incard account each month – so you won’t need to do anything. You’ll earn Cashback on points collected on cleared card purchases only – so if you make a card payment at the end of October and it clears in November, it’ll qualify for Cashback in November. If a payment doesn’t clear at all, it won’t qualify for Cashback.

ATM withdrawals and incard fees don’t count towards your Cashback.

If we find out that any Cashback has been deposited or calculated incorrectly, we reserve the right to reclaim or deduct payments from your incard account, including those relating to returns, exchanges or chargebacks made on your incard account.

When do I get my points redemption (Cashback payment)?

To redeem your points for cash (only option available at the moment), simply click on "Redeem" in the "Reward" tab on your app. Enter the number of points you would like to convert and confirm. Our team will review your request within 5 working days. Once the request is accepted, the cashback will be sent directly to your account within 14 working days.
